What kinds of products does Ayurdeals offer?

Are the products 100% natural / chemical-free?
A. While many of our products are formulated with natural herbs and ingredients, some may contain mild natural preservatives or stabilisers for safety and shelf life. Always refer to the product label for full ingredient details.
How should I store the products?
A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Close lids and caps tightly after use. Some herbal oils or pastes may require refrigeration after opening (check the label).
What is the shelf life of your products?
A. Shelf life varies by product, depending on formulation. Each product package has an expiry date. Generally, once opened, usage within a few months is ideal (as indicated on the label).

Who can safely use Ayurdeals products?
A: Most healthy adults. If you have known allergies to herbal ingredients or essential oils, it’s best to check the ingredient list carefully. Pregnant or nursing women, children, or people with chronic health conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use.
Are there any contraindications or people who should avoid certain products?
A: Yes.
Avoid use if you are allergic to any listed ingredient.
Pregnant, breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before using topical/herbal preparations.
People with skin sensitivities or serious skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis) should do a patch test first.
If you are on medications, especially herbal supplements, consult a doctor to avoid interactions.
How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse the site, add desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in shipping and payment details, then confirm the order.
What are the shipping methods and carriers used?
A: We use various carriers depending on your address, size/weight of your order. Examples include Delhivery, India Post, and other third-party courier services.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
A: Domestic (within India): Standard shipping 3-7 business days; express shipping (in select areas/products) 1-3 business days. ayurdeals.com
International: Available to select countries; delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. Actual times depend on destination, customs, etc.
When will my order be processed?
A: Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. For weekends or public holidays, processing starts the next business day. Custom or personalised/pre-order items may take longer.
What will my shipping cost be?
A: Cost is calculated based on delivery address, weight, and size of products. At checkout, you will see the shipping fees before confirming your order. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value.
Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s progress.

How can I cancel my order?
A: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once shipped or “out for delivery,” cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us immediately (phone or email) with your order number.
