1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once your order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately through Phone : +91 9902281161 and provide your order number and details.

  • After Shipping: Once your order is dispatched or out for delivery, you cannot cancel it. However, you can request a refund or return as per our refund and return policy.

Conditions for Order Cancellation:

  • Only orders that have not yet been processed for shipping can be cancelled.

  • You cannot cancel products once they are out for delivery.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund process is designed to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refunds:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Order Cancellation (Before Shipment): If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

  • Order Not Delivered: In the rare case that your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

Ineligible Refunds:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a product, a refund will not be processed unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to digital products, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (via Razorpay).

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 10–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

  • Refund Confirmation: Once the refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email from us with details of the transaction.

Note: Refunds are subject to approval based on an investigation of the issue raised. If the refund is denied, you will be informed with reasons.

5. Refunds for Razorpay Transactions

Please note that Razorpay’s refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Razorpay will issue a refund as soon as we approve your request, but the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on the provider’s policy.
